Throughout my career, curiosity, resilience, and a genuine interest in people have shaped the way I work.

I bring over two decades of freelance production finance experience across scripted television and feature films, having begun my career at the BBC. Following a major life change in 2019, I took time to reflect on what helps people work and live well, deepening my commitment to health, mental wellbeing, and more sustainable ways of working.

I later joined Netflix’s UK Production Finance team, managing a large slate of shows and supporting colleagues through leadership, mentoring, and training. After marrying Chris in September 2025 and leaving Netflix later that year, I co-founded R&C Creative Solutions, bringing together my finance and production experience with his 30 years’ expertise in mental health to support individuals, teams, and organisations to thrive.

As well as this collaborative work, I am also still working as a production finance consultant. Please see below for more detail.
